| Description | Join the Claudia Jones School and friends to celebrate Part 1 of our three-year anniversary on the eve of Claudia Jones's 108th birthday. The evening will include: -Musical Performances (incl. the DC Labor Chorus) -Food (provided by Vendedores Unidos) -Drag Show -Libations -Poetry -Spoken Artists -BYOB (Blanket & Beer)! We will also be celebrating the life and times of our late leader Debra ShaRon Johnson who transitioned last October 2022. This event is being co-sponsored by local performers such as Melissa Strova, Wayta, Abena Disroe-Morris, Juliana Barnet, Gato Martinez-Bentley, and more!
